TERMS AND CONDITIONS TO RECEIVE SERVICES AS A CLIENT OF YOUR HOME MUSIC.
Due to the scheduling arrangements for all students and to avoid financial losses for our company, Music lessons cannot be cancelled or rescheduled. Therefore we have a NO cancellation and NO rescheduling policy on our services. Music lessons are only offered to students of age 6 and older. Lessons are given based on prepaid session segments of 30 minutes each with the dates and times chosen by the client. The amount of session segments that the client paid for shall be honored by Your Home Music by providing the music lessons at the corresponding assigned date and time chosen.
For safety and liability reasons, If the student is under the age of 16 they must be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian or an adult caregiver and be available to communicate with the student and the teacher while being in the same room where the lesson is to be given for the entire duration of the lesson. Profanity, intimidation, indecent comments and visual expressions displayed are not acceptable and can lead you, the client, to be banned from receiving services from Your Home Music. The student and client must be in full clothing to be presentable during the sessions.
