Are the lessons at Your Home Music available for all ages?

Even though Music and Rhythmic Lessons can be for all ages our system offers lessons for age 6 and older. We understand that a young child below 6 years of age has not been to an institutional school. Some children need help with focusing their attention towards their teacher during a class. This requires a great deal of focus for a young child. Once a child has been to an institution of learning that requires their complete attention, the child should be more attentive when learning from other teachers such as the ones outside of the school system.

What if I have a challenge playing an instrument due to body aches such as arthritis?

Students with body aches may experience discomfort. Applying fingers on the Musical Instrument or hitting the Drum Set may be a bit more challenging. These are not messages of despair for a dedicated student. It is simply to communicate our awareness of the challenges that may be present while learning to play the instrument. Once the client advises us of such challenges, we can facilitate the way to press the notes or hold drumsticks to play on the instrument minimizing the required pressure needed to produce a clear tone. It is recommended to have your instrument properly setup as it will help you to own a more comfortable playing instrument. Our program teaches you the proper techniques to play the Musical or Rhythmic Instrument which will surely help.
